BY PURCHASING OR ENROLLING ON AN ONLINE COURSE OR THE GOLDDUST COLLECTIVE MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP, You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.

  • You may not resell, redistribute, or share the course materials with any third party.

  • You may not use the course materials to create your own online course or other educational product.

  • You agree to keep your username and password confidential and to notify Kate Baxter Studio immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

  • Kate Baxter Studio reserves the right to terminate your access to the course materials at any time if you violate any of these terms and conditions.

Course Materials:

All course materials, including but not limited to video lectures, handouts, and assignments, are the exclusive property of Kate Baxter Studio. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the course materials with any third party. You may not use the course materials to create your own online course or other educational product.

Refunds:

No refunds.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

Entire Agreement:

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Kate Baxter Studio with respect to your use of the online course. Any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between the parties, whether written or oral, are hereby superseded and replaced by these terms and conditions.

Waiver:

No waiver of any provision of these terms and conditions will be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

Severability:

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from these terms and conditions and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
